Everything went well service wise!

Great!

I used my Local Dealership Haag in Hillsboro Ohio. I was away from home on my way to a State Bowling Tournament to watch my granddaughter Whiteoak Wildcats District 2 bowl and my car overheated on the wa with only half the trip was completed. I called the dealership and they agreed to accept my vehicle from the tow truck company and instructed me where to have them park it. The part was not readily available and was ordered by Haag Service Department and they contacted me about possible issues and repairs. On Monday they informed me that the part would not be received until mid-late week. When I called to check delivery status of the water pump and was so pleasantly surprised to hear they just took it for a test drive and it was ready for pickup Thursday. When I arrived the bill was ready, car was ready and it drove and sounded perfect. I can’t thank the Hillsboro Haag Dealership Service Department enough for an excellent customer service! Haag is the only department I trust with my updated and scheduled maintenance to keep me on the road and Safe. Thank you guys! A Definite Win!

The door was open and the bay was clear as I arrived for my appointment for my oil change. It did not take long and they even reminded me of my recall no completed yet and ordered the air bag fix for me. They said they will notify me when it arrives. They are so kind and pay attention to detail.

I got all my concerns and questions answered and the work on my Equinox was excellent.

My appointment was at 8am and doors open and staff at counter read for the day. Check in smooth and decided not to wait today and do errands. They told me it would take 4 hours so errands and back home. Was very pleased with time it required to fix the SUV less than they said and the cost was a bit less than they told me at 1st. Very pleased all the way around. Thank you Gentlemen, great job!
