My appointment was at 8am and doors open and staff at counter read for the day. Check in smooth and decided not to wait today and do errands. They told me it would take 4 hours so errands and back home. Was very pleased with time it required to fix the SUV less than they said and the cost was a bit less than they told me at 1st. Very pleased all the way around. Thank you Gentlemen, great job!

The door was open and the bay was clear as I arrived for my appointment for my oil change. It did not take long and they even reminded me of my recall no completed yet and ordered the air bag fix for me. They said they will notify me when it arrives. They are so kind and pay attention to detail.

I felt like the guy in the service department was rude not only on the phone when I called to make the appointment,but also in person.. I don't know if he needs retrained on manirisom ,but something different definitely needs done. I'm seriously thinking about just going somewhere else when my next oil and tire rotation comes up. I feel as though the oil change and tire rotation it's self went okay. The cost was a little more than I expected,but then on the other hand I guess it's to be expected.. I'm Todd's wife Vanessa and actually the truck I brought up there to be serviced is mine so I'm the one who sets up and comes to the appointment's.. Thank You, Vanessa Cryder

We were able to bring our 2025 EV here for service but was unable to address all the tech issues with our infotainment system because we bought the car from McKluskey Chevrolet. We spent three hours waiting for service to be completed although nothing was actually accomplished. They just did the same update that we’d already completed. BUT the were very professional and very kind. Didn’t mind the waiting, since the waiting room is very comfy and had refreshments available during the wait.

Timely service. Reasonable price. Easy to make appointments.

Work performed as requested. Completed on time. Good people to do business with.

I would like to give the biggest shout out to Tom and his crew in the auto body shop. My car front end was damaged after a dog ran out in front of a big pile of snow the snow trucks pushed off the road and I hit the dog which caused many different things to be bad on my car. What should have taken a month Tom and the crew had me back in my car within a week. Tom communicated with me every step of the process and even cleaned up my car. He will always get my business and I will recommend him to anyone needing their car fixed. Tom I can’t express enough how grateful I am to of worked with you as you were such a pleasure and I hope you get to see this feedback because you and your team deserve recognition for excellent work and wonderful customer service you provided.

I was having trouble with my radio and I thought the antenna had become disconnected. They checked it out for me and found nothing disconnected and the stations were clear. It seems to work better now. They told me there is a part that might help clear it up but not for sure. If it does it again to bring it in. OK so far.
